Best places to check for hostels or accommodation are Coswig, Meißen, Radebeul (Altkötzschenbroda) and if you have a car also in Dresden.
By car it is not more than 20-30 minutes from Dresden to Coswig. The public transportation takes about 30 minutes by S-Bahn, 45-50 minutes by Tram.

We also recommend to search with AirBnB or Couchsurfing. Alternatively you should try to check “Jugendherbergen, Ferienwohnungen, Pension or Hostels” in Meißen, Radebeul (especially Altkötzschenbroda) or Dresden (Dresden only if you have car or bike). We already had participants which rented a unit of Wohnungsgenossenschaft in Coswig (http://www.wgc-coswig.de/).

Coming by car to the event, we find it absolutely not difficult to have an accommodation or housing in Dresden. With public transportation you have no problems to join the workshop from Dresden, each ride will take about 40 Minutes … you need to take S1 from Dresden-Meißen or Tram number 4 from “Dresden – Weinböhla”

Though from our own experience it is not easy finding a host, if you have no private connection to the dance community. Once you got to know the dancers in person it is much easier. Still you should try, or search for couch surfing and airbnb.
